This service is for musicians releasing music and performing music in the entertainment industry. We aim to make high quality eye catching art covers that reflect the values of your work. We will complete the design of your artwork to your satisfaction before sending review files for revision.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using our custom artwork service available for purchase on our website. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the service.

1. Custom Artwork Service
Our custom artwork service involves the creation of custom cover art from scratch by our team of graphic designers for your Singles, EPs, and/or Albums.

2. Placing an Order
The required information on the form includes:
- Artist Name
- Feature Names
- Producer Names
- Pictures
- Track List
- Art Ideas

If you have no specific ideas, you can provide us with all the details and an mp3 of the song/songs you would like us to reference while creating your covers. It is important to provide all the necessary information to ensure the completion of your art cover.

3. Delivery Time
After we receive all the required information, we will strive to deliver your Cover Art within 1-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the current workload of our graphic designers.

4. Revisions
We offer 1 free revision for your artwork. If you require any further changes after the initial revision, you must pay an additional fee. The fee for each revision is up to $20. Please provide clear and specific instructions for the revisions to ensure that our team can meet your requirements efficiently.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion and delivery of the custom artwork, all intellectual property rights, including copyright, shall be transferred to you. You have the right to use the artwork for your Singles, EPs, and/or Albums as desired. However, we retain the right to showcase the artwork in our portfolio or promotional materials.

6. Payment
Payment for the custom artwork service must be made in full or a deposit of 50% at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

7. Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to complete the artwork or if the artwork does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality custom artwork, but we cannot guarantee that the artwork will meet your specific expectations or requirements. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our custom artwork service.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charlotte, NC.

10. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

By using our custom artwork service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, please do not use our service.
