His musical journey began in the church choir, where he honed his vocal skills and developed a passion for music.Billy's talent and love for music led him to form a group with his best friend and cousin. Although the group's name is now a distant memory, their chemistry and talent were undeniable. As the group evolved, it eventually became a duo called Infinity Beyond, showcasing Billy's ability to harmonize and captivate audiences.

After a hiatus, Billy Banx made the decision to dive back into music with a renewed sense of determination. He discovered his unique voice and sound, and with the help of producer Slim Hood, one of Charlotte's top producers, he released his first song titled "Complicated" on the internet. The experience of being in the recording booth and sharing his music with the world ignited a fire within Billy, pushing him to work harder and strive for stardom.
