Family of Business - The Label Inc.
Contractor. Employer shall employ Contractor as an EVENT COORDINATOR. In this capacity, Contractor
shall have the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:
Event Coordinator
• Help select venues
• Assist with determining the cost of events and help plan budgets
• Arrange event services
• Monitor company’s approvals
• Liaise with staff & vendors at venues to ensure events are set up properly and on time
• Set deadlines for teams in advance to ensure event preparations are completed in a timely
manner
• Collect (pre-agreed upon) supplies and decorations for events
• Oversee the event to success
Performance of Duties. The contractor shall perform agreed responsibilities in a professional manner, in
good faith, and to the best of his/her skill, abilities, talent and experience.
Setup Fee. The initial setup fee for $150 is to be paid by joining label representatives for the role on
Family of Business - The Label Inc. This fee covers Personal Representative Website Profile, Personal Representative Business Card Design
and Printing for 250 cards, Representatives Name added into Accounting Payroll Information,
Representatives Name added on Invite List for FOB Events, and Initial Representative Training Course.
Please note that the setup fee is a one-time payment and covers these services upfront.
Compensation. As compensation for the services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement,
Employer will allocate 15% shares of the company’s revenue per event, after all expenses are paid.
Dividends shall be paid monthly after each event completion (based on a calendar year accounting
method).
