This service does not include products, features, forms, apps, and other content setup at this point. We will be focused on the display and directory of your landing page/home page and display and/or connections to your about us page, contact page, and other pages as requested. We will complete the design and display of the website to your satisfaction before consulting about the upgraded features to properly have your website ready and running smoothly.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using our custom website design services ("Service"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service provided by NuStyle Multi-Media ("Company").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description
Our Service involves the creation and design of custom websites. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment, we will commence the design process, which typically takes up to 72 hours to complete. The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the design.

3. Additional Products, Features, Apps, and Functions
Any additional products, features, apps, or functions requested by the client beyond the scope of the initial design will be subject to additional fees. These fees will be determined based on the complexity and time required to implement the requested additions. A free consultation will be provided once the design is completed and all funds have been paid.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights related to the design of the website, shall remain the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the design without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the design process in a timely manner. Failure to provide these materials may result in delays in the completion of the design, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, and client information. The obligations of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charlotte, NC.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the Company regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
