2. Free Consultation
We offer a free consultation to answer any and all questions you may have and to provide guidance on how our service works before placing your order for our custom logo design service. 3. Ordering Process

4. Payment
50% deposit for our custom logo design service is required upfront. The total cost will be communicated to you via email with an invoice of remaining balance. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website.

5. Design Process
Upon receiving your order, we will start the design process for your logo. Our team of experienced designers will create multiple logo concepts for you to choose from. We will refine the selected concept based on your feedback and preferences. You will have the opportunity to request revisions to the design until you are fully satisfied.

6. Revision and Approval
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the design of your logo. After receiving the initial logo concepts, you have the opportunity to request revisions to make any necessary changes. We will provide a reasonable number of revision rounds based on the package you have selected. Once you approve the final logo design, we will provide the necessary files for your use.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion of the logo design, all intellectual property rights, including copyright, will be transferred to you. You will have full ownership of the final logo design and can use it for any purposes consistent with your business or personal needs. However, we reserve the right to showcase the design in our portfolio or promotional materials as examples of our work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Turnaround Time

11. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed work will still be due.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Charlotte, North Carolina. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charlotte, North Carolina.

By using our custom logo design service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Service.
