Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Client") and our custom business card design service ("Service") provided by our website. By using our custom business card design service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Service Description
Our Service offers custom business card design for entrepreneurs, brands, businesses, and service providers in all industries. We are committed to creating high-quality and eye-catching business card designs that reflect the values of your work. We will work closely with you to ensure that the design meets your satisfaction before sending review files for revision. We will complete your business card design to your satisfaction within 1-3 business days, which is determined by workflow and available graphic designers. 

2. Free Consultation
We offer a free consultation to address any questions or concerns you may have about our service. To request a free consultation, please email us at nustylemultimedia@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary information to better understand how our service works before placing your order.

3. Ordering Process
To place an order for our custom business card design service, please follow the instructions provided on our website. You will be required to provide detailed information about your requirements, including your name, company name, contact details, and any specific design elements or branding guidelines. Once we receive your order, we will review the details and contact you if any further clarification is needed.

4. Payment
50% deposit for our custom business card design service is required upfront. The total cost will be communicated to you via email with an invoice of remaining balance. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion of the business card design, all intellectual property rights, including copyright, will be transferred to you. You will have full ownership of the final design and can use it for any purposes consistent with your business or personal needs. However, we reserve the right to showcase the design in our portfolio or promotional materials as examples of our work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Revisions and Approval
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the final design. After receiving the initial design, you have the opportunity to request revisions to make any necessary changes. We will provide a reasonable number of revision rounds based on the package you have selected. Once you approve the final design, we will provide the necessary files for your use.

7. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality in business matters. Any information or materials shared with us during the course of the project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Turnaround Time
We strive to complete the design of your business card within a reasonable timeframe. The turnaround time for our service is typically 1-3 business days. However, the actual timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the number of revisions requested.

9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality service, we cannot guarantee the success or effectiveness of the business card design in achieving your desired outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed work will still be due.

11. Governing Law 
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charlotte, NC.

By using our custom business card design service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Service.
